Pickup & drop-off
How does free pickup and drop-off work?
Book a pickup online or text us a photo of the damage. We’ll grab your board, fix it, and bring it back when it’s ready. Pickup and drop-off are free in San Diego and San Clemente.
Do you come to my area?
We cover all of San Diego County and South Orange County. Pickup and drop-off are free in San Diego and San Clemente — if you’re farther out, just ask about the travel fee. See our service areas.
Do I have to be present during pick-up and drop-off?
No. Just send us a photo of where you left the board so we can locate it for pickup.
Repairs
How long do repairs take?
Most dings are fixed the same day. Bigger structural jobs like snapped boards or delamination take longer — we’ll give you a timeline when we pick up your board.
How much does a ding repair cost?
Price depends on the size and type of damage and whether your board is poly (PU) or epoxy. Send us a photo for an exact quote, or learn more about ding repair.
Do you repair epoxy boards?
Yes. We repair both poly (PU) and epoxy/EPS boards, using the right resin for each.
Can I keep surfing with a ding?
If the ding cracks through the fiberglass, keep the board out of the water until it’s fixed. Water soaks into the foam core, adding weight and causing discoloration and delamination — which makes the repair bigger and more expensive.
Can you match my board’s color?
Yes — we can color-match most repairs so they blend in.

Glassing & custom boards
Do you glass boards for shapers?
Yes — full glass jobs, resin tints, swirls, pinlines and gloss coats, poly or epoxy. See Glassing & Resin.
Can you make surfboards with my company’s logo?
Yes — bulk custom boards with your logo, made in San Diego, launching in 2027. Join the waitlist.
